A Warm Welcome

My name is Niamh. I have been a dedicated yoga practitioner and student of yoga for over a decade.
What keeps me an eternal student of yoga is the infinite ways to explore the body mind connections.

My approach to teaching yoga is shaped by my yoga practice, my studies of yoga and my training as a psychologist.

In my classes, I draw from both fields; yoga and psychology, often focusing on the interconnectedness of body, heart and mind.

I teach dynamic Vinyasa Yoga as well as slower practices such as Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra

Ways to Practice Together

There is a range of offerings to support you in starting or deepening your practice: Weekly classes, immersions, or private sessions.

  • Flow with me on Mondays and Wednesdays in Bern, Switzerand. All classes are open to all levels. Drop-in’s welcome, always.
